KMC Foods Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy describes how we handle returns and refund requests, including what the customer is required to do, the circumstances of which we can process a request, and the timeframe in which we accept accept returns.

 

POLICY ON RETURNING GOODS

The goods can only be returned if there is a material flaw with either the packaging or the product itself and the product has not been consumed.

 

CANCELLATION PERIOD

A customer can request a cancellation up to 7 days after the goods have been delivered. We accept cancellations pre and post delivery of the goods.

 

PRODUCTS RETURNED EXCEEDING THE CANCELLATION PERIOD

This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis due to the specific limitations of food products.

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT GOODS

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods can be returned within the agreed timeframe. Items shall need to be returned by the customer who will be required to pay the postage & packaging costs.

 

DELIVERY CHARGE ON RETURNING GOODS

The customer will be required to pay the costs of returning the product, however they will be reimbursed in full, including the initial cost of delivery.

 

METHOD OF REFUND

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method via which the order was placed.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

Please email sales@kmcseasoning.co.uk if you would like to request a return or refund. The customer is responsible for arranging postage & packing.
